Wheel Throwing Course – Learn to Spin Clay
Ready to spin clay and create your own pottery? In this 3-session course (2.5 hours each), you’ll learn the essentials of wheel throwing with the guidance of our experienced teachers.
 
What you’ll learn
Lesson 1: Centering on the wheel + your first thrown pieces
Lesson 2: Cylinders, bowls, and plates
Lesson 3: Shaping and finishing techniques
 
We’ll glaze and fire your pieces for you (included in the price).
Want to decorate them yourself? Add an extra lesson (2.5h) at a special price of €35.
 
What’s included
7.5 hours of hands-on learning in a small group (max. 4 people)
Your own wheel workstation for the full course
All clay and materials provided
Up to 2 pieces fired per class (extra pieces can be fired and glazed for a small fee)
Final firing: your creations will be ready to take home after ~15 days

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their wheel skills.
Languages: Italian or English (ask for group classes in English).
Minimum participants: 2 (we’ll let you know in case of reschedule).
 
After your course: Keep practicing independently in our Open Lab. Packages available starting from €13 per hour.
